A few years ago, while enjoying a sweet spring night with a few friends, an idea crossed our minds. What if we could elect the Secretary General of the United Nations? Despite how unrealistic it sounded at the time, we were eventually struck by the fact that it could be feasible. When comparing the difficulty it would take with the impact it could have, we started to feel the urge to build an infrastructure that would support such a project. Since then, we’ve been conducting the experiment along with a few people, such as folks from Eris Industries, Consensys, COALA, the French Ethereum Association, and many other dedicated actors.
